2. Medium to Large Business – Private Sector

Recognises private sector businesses with more than 15 employees that has proven to provide exceptional service to people with a disability or excelled in accommodating the needs of customers, clients or staff with a disability.

3. Inclusion – ACT Govt. Department or Agency

Recognises an ACT government department or agency that has shown a strong commitment to and/or given exceptional service to people with a disability and/or planning for the needs of customers/clients with disabilities.

4. Inclusion – Commonwealth Govt. Department or Agency

Recognises a Commonwealth government department or agency that has shown a strong commitment to and/or given exceptional service to people with a disability and/or planning for the needs of customers/clients with disabilities.

5. Inclusion – Education and Training

Recognises educational and training institutions, organisations and agencies that have shown a strong commitment to and/or given exceptional service to people with a disability and/or planning for the needs of customers/clients with disabilities.

6. Inclusion in Sports

9. The Margaret Spalding Award – Inclusion by an Individual

The Margaret Spalding Award for outstanding contribution to the inclusion of people with disabilities will be awarded to an individual who has, as a result of personal efforts and commitment, significantly raised the participation and presence of people with a disability in the ACT community working in or through public or private sector businesses, ACT government departments, agencies or organisations.
